Your products will arrive through FedEx or DHL services. This may vary depending on location and delivery speed.

Can I change my order after it is placed?

What are AINA’s sustainability initiatives?

AINA watches are never made from poached trees, only fallen ones, allowing the Koa ecosystems to continue thriving. We conduct regular Koa tree plantings, ensuring we are planting more than we are harvesting. Finally, our watch box is made from recycled material.

How can I ensure the watch will fit around my wrist?

Each watch strap extends a standard 8 inch to wrap around the wrist. We also can extend the band if need be, please email info@designsbyaina.com to request an extension at a minimal cost. If you need to reduce the size of your band, most jewelry or watch shops near you can remove links at a minimal cost.

What is the warranty on the watch?

Upon purchasing your watch, your 1 year warranty is activated. Past that year, we are more than happy to answer questions and provide assistance for your watch. Please email us at info@designsbyaina.com.
